Principal's Message

Welcome to Suncrest Elementary!
 
My name is Niccole Peterson, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Suncrest Elementary. I graduated from Ball State University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in education. I am proud to be entering my fifth year with Community Schools of Frankfort and my second year as Principal of Suncrest.
 
I became an educator because I believe every child deserves someone who believes in them, challenges them to grow, and celebrates their successes. At Suncrest, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
 
One of the greatest strengths of our school is the partnership we share with our families. When schools and families work together, students flourish. I encourage you to stay connected, get involved, and communicate with us throughout the year. Together, we can help every child reach their fullest potential.
 
Our dedicated staff is committed to fostering high expectations, meaningful relationships, and a love of learning in every classroom. We are excited to continue building on the successes of the past year while creating new opportunities for our students to grow and shine.
